    Cancellations

    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight: No cancellation fee.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight: 50% cancellation fee.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight or no‑shows: 100% cancellation fee.

    Weather

    Weather‑related cancellations: No charges will apply and the flight can be rescheduled based on availability.

    Weight Restrictions

    The maximum individual seat weight is 275 lbs., and a total weight being of 500 lbs. for up to 3-passenger aircraft, and 700 lbs. for up to 4-passenger aircraft.

    Aircraft Storage

    Robinson R44: Very limited internal storage, suitable only for small, soft-sided items.

    • Storage Locations: Small compartments under passenger seats.
    • Capacity: Max Passenger Weight: 275lbs. Dimensions: 60 × 40 × 35 cm (23.6 × 15.7 × 13.8 in). Max 50 lb (23 kg) per compartment.
    • Best Fits: Small duffels, Backpacks, Jackets, and personal items.
    • Special Notes: Not suitable for hard suitcases.

    Robinson R66: Significantly more cargo capacity with a dedicated aft baggage compartment.

    • Storage Locations: Aft baggage compartment. Small compartments under passenger seats (similar to R44).
    • Capacity (aft storage): 18 cubic feet. Max 300 lb (136 kg).
    • Best Fits: 2 full-size suitcases + 2 carry-ons or 6 soft duffel bags.
    • Special Notes: Golf clubs fit comfortably.

    Bell 206L LongRanger: Spacious aft baggage compartment with flexible cabin configuration.

    • Storage Locations: Baggage compartment. External cargo basket optional.
    • Capacity: 20 cubic feet. Max 250 lb (113 kg).
    • Best Fits: Four mid-size bags, 6 carry-on or 8 soft duffel bags.
    • Special Notes: Golf clubs fit comfortably. External cargo basket to support skis, snowboards, and extra gear optional.
